Partiendo de una anticuada fotografía de una mujer realicé esta obra. Como en otras la trasformo, le confiero el poder que quizás en vida no tuvo, le trasmuto colores y la imagino jugando la vida a los naipes y ganando con los ases de pica. Ella es en sí un As de picas ♠️. Asediaba pero nunca vencida. Relacionada con la canción de sting “Shape of my heart”

Starting from an old-fashioned photograph of a woman, I made this work. As in others I transform her, I give her the power that perhaps she did not have in life, I transmute her colors and I imagine her playing life at cards and winning with aces of spades. She is herself an Ace of Spades ♠️. It besieged but never defeated. Related to the sting song “Shape of my heart”
